Certain models of our outdoor hot tubs are equipped with a remote connectivity module that allows users to monitor and control the spa via a mobile application. The connectivity hardware and related digital services are provided by Balboa Water Group.
During normal operation, the product may generate technical and operational data such as water temperature, system status, pump and heater operation, diagnostic information, and error codes. This data is used to enable product functionality, remote control features, and service support.
Users can typically access relevant product data through the associated mobile application. In accordance with the EU Data Act, users may also request access to available product data or request that such data is shared with a third party where technically feasible. Availability of specific data may depend on the product model and the capabilities of the installed connectivity module and associated digital services.
Certain operational data may be processed or stored within the Balboa cloud platform. Additional information about connectivity services may be available from Balboa Water Group.
